Jobs from trucking to food and fiber processing to banking, equipment manufacturing and sales all relate to the farms that grow our food. In total, on-farm and farm-related activities add up to more than 1.2 million jobs.
Agriculture’s influence on California’s economy doesn’t stop at the edge of the field. From farm to fork, California agriculture provides the jobs that helps keep the economy strong.
