I am a third generation farmer. Even though our farm is small, 20 acres, I have always worked in farm or farm-related jobs. My main source of income for the past 23 years has been flying airplanes and helicopters spraying crops. I have worked in Alabama, Minnesota and many places in California.

My only source of revenue is directly related to farming. Period. Between my job and our farm, this is all I have ever done and all I prefer to keep doing. I am raising two small children as a widowed father. I believe in no handouts unless truly needed, and then only as a means to get back to work.
